Continuing on from the Vietnamese New Year celebrations, and for that perfect bespoke Park Bar and Grill experience, the team will partner with the visiting master chefs from Park Hyatt Saigon. An all-star cast will be cooking up a culinary storm from February 20 to 24 at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, for the highly anticipated ‘Masters of Food’. Showcasing their culinary expertise and flair with fresh and traditional ingredients from the markets of Saigon, these expert crafters will share the true essence of this healthy and vibrant cuisine through the four-day treat of the senses.
Chef Mau together with the visiting culinary team from our sister hotel Park Hyatt Saigon will create exquisite local street food delicacies from the world’s healthiest cuisine such as the iconic savoury soup- pho, bánh cuon, grilled beef in lotus leaf amongst others. Guests can also indulge in an array of distinct and diverse beverage experiences poised to redefine the boundaries of innovation in the world of mixology inspired by lotus and Saigonese coffee. Intended to take diners on an unforgetable Vietnamese sojourn, have a bite and sip at the Park Bar and continue the evening with main course at the Park Grill, the a la carte menu has just the flavors to extend the revelry.
