Michelin Star Chef Degeimbre cooks at Intercontinental



Intercontinental Jordan Hotel and in coordination with the Belgium embassy and under the patronage of the Belgium ambassador Mr. Hendrik Vain De Velde, hosted an enthralling four course dinner gala with the Michelin Star Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre at the Atrium restaurant in the lobby.  

 

Bringing together his creative cooking methods that unleash an abundance of flavour and driven by his passion for new discoveries, the Belgium Chef created for the occasion a unique Jordanian dish called « Wadi Rum » which the guests enjoyed alongside special wine, flew straight from Belgium for the night.

 

His fine dishes have made Sang Hoon Degeimbre a special ambassador of Belgian gastronomy all over the world where he elevates the best of what nature has to offer by giving it the full respect it deserves in terms of searching for cooking methods that require zero waste, less energy and reduced use of water.
