Manila - Philippine

I had the chance to visit almost all ten Asian countries for ATF, all the time i was attending Philippine Media briefing and listen to the speakers and watch videos about Philippine, i have to say that it was really impressing, as well, during the events, i had the chance to meet with Philippine Travel Industry representatives whether from the private or government sector, i saw how much the Philippine people love their country, beside all, it's well known around the world that Philippine people are hard worker, good friends, committed to their jobs, funny and hospitable.

My visit to Philippine which is my first time, came on the occasion of Asian Tourism Forum (ATF2016) that took place in Manila, the capital city between 18-25 January 2016.

I believe that the ATF2016 was one of the biggest ATF shows over years, everything was well organized, hundreds of Travel professionals representing Sellers from Asian countries, buyers and Media from all parts of the world, valuable Media sessions from Asian countries, lot of social and happy events, pre and post tours, complete 5 stars services whether in welcoming delegates, Hotels, functions all was wonderful and reflect the very well organized this international event.

Warm welcome at Manila Airport from ATF2016 staff, with a limousine to Makati Shangri-La Hotel, my hosted hotel during the event, a Pre-tour to the city center of Manila to the historic sentiment, we visited the Intramuros and to Fort Santiago where an oasis of lovely manicured gardens, plazas and fountains, followed by the Rizal shrine museum, the building where Dr. Jose Rizal - Philippine national hero, the UNESCO world heritage sight San Agustin Church and the museum, ended by visiting Casa Manila where a brief culture show presented. The pre-tour aims to show us the historic and UNESCO heritage in Manila, it was wonderful.

I had the chance as well to visit shopping malls and local markets in Manila and had a tasty Philippine dishes food, in one  restaurant they offered me a menu contain the most  delicious Philippine food such as Adobo, Singang, Sisig, Kare-kare and Halo-halo,

Philippine land area is over 300,780 Square km, with 101 million population, the Roman Catholic and small percentage of Muslims and Buddhisits, English is widely spoken beside the national language, The peso is their currency and the weather is cool from November to February, hot and dry from March to May and rainy from June to October.

Philippine is not only Manila which is the gateway to the rest of the country, with 11.5 million fun-loving people, there are more than 7000 big and small Sandy, Sunny, Relaxing, Exotic and beautiful islands.

Boracay

Out of all the islands in the world, Travel + leisure magazine chose to name this as its best Overall Island of 2012 and Asia's #1 Island. A Postcard-sized tropical paradise with fine powder-white sand beaches; it is just seven kilometers long, and less than a kilometer wide at its narrowest point. Here you can enjoy water activities and parties from sun up to sundown on this 24/7 island.

Vigan

Filled with cobblestone walkways, horse-drawn carriages, and mansions of yester-years, this place is one of the few remaining 16th century towns in the Philippine. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders Cities, travelers frequent this romantic destination as they gallivant through time.

Bohol

This human heart-shaped island-province has hills that look like mounds of chocolate, primates so small they fit in the palm of your hand, restaurants that float gently down a river and centuries-old churches and ruins. Secluded white beaches that are meters away from spectacular underwater scenery.

Banaue

is the northern part of the country, the cool highlands of the largest mountain range in the Philippine boasts of another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Distinct ethnics groups and cultures surround the Banaus Rice Terraces which were carved by hand 2,000 years ago.

Palawan

Called the last frontier, home of the longest navigable underground river, limestone cliffs, historical underwater wrecks, copious varieties of plants, trees, birds, mammals, reptiles and bat species.

Davao

The largest city in the country is a destination that offers diverse travel experience set in lush natural landscapes from the white sand beaches to highlands with refreshing cool climates. Get a taste of scaling the highest peak in the Philippines, admiring rare flora and fauna, sampling creative dishes that incorporate the smelly but well loved durian.

LLoilo

The old and the new are intertwined in this province as the LLoilo river winds its way through the city. Passing by historical structures alongside modern landscapes. LLoilo is also an emerging Meetings and Conventions destination with a full range of attractions plus numerous mouth watering delicacies.

Cebu

Is a diverse destination complete with some of the country's most iconic heritage sports, Culture, sports, business and entertainment can all be had in the city. The Sinulog is the biggest country festivals, a wide, colorful street party attracting revelers from around the Philippines and the world every January.

Rice fields, rice terraces, fish ponds and fish pens, villages, cities, highways and bridges tell stories of a people's journey through history.

I have to say that the logo of Philippine " It's more fun in Philippine" is really reflect what Philippine and philippine people are, most welcome to Philippine.
